Everything! The communication was super, even the moment when you booked the appointment. ZeroRez texted me when my tech was about 30 minutes away just like they said, and that was very accurate. The tech was very professional and polite. He even had these orange corner protectors to protect furniture and corner molding from dragging the hoses.
And last but not least, my carpets look great! All the stains I had were gone. I asked the tech to give me a sample of the water that was pulled, so I gave him a Mason jar and man, you should have seen the dirt that came out. I just felt better seeing all that dirt...which is now gone!
