Jack was very pleasant and dedicated to doing a good job on the carpet.
I have pets, and Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals. Our stairs had not been cleaned in 3 years. Today they look newly installed. I have been using Zerorez for 10 years. I a very happy customer.
Clean carpet, very professional people
They were punctual and knowledgeable. We wanted to have 2 upholstered chairs cleaned and our sofa. Ian looked at the chairs and was hesitant to clean them due to the type of fabric. I researched and found out that those chairs need cleaned with a dry powder and not water.
This saved a lot of potential problems.

Adam my technician was great. He called in advance, was on time, walked me through the process for each area and cleaned up everything once he was done. The carpets are very clean almost like new. I am thinking of having the couches cleaned next. Excellent experience with Zerorez.

Mike showed up on time and did an excellent job in making my carpets look brand new again. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable in his skill. Zerorez had a great promotion where I was able to get 3 rooms cleaned for $99 + $25 service fee - not bad! I will continue to use and recommend Zerorez to my family, friends, and associates.
