Alexander, the lead technician, was friendly, professional, and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. He called ahead as promised before arriving and introduced his assistant, whom he was training. It was clear he was guiding him in a respectful and professional way. They explained the cleaning process clearly, worked efficiently, and finished right on schedule. The entire experience felt smooth and well-organized. By the next morning, a few areas of the carpet were still slightly damp, though that may have been due to the humid weather.

The gentlemen that came to service the home was super friendly and professionally. The communication leading up to the appointment was first class as well as when he showed up. We did the 3 room special and although he did mention the other options when he got there, there was no pressure upsell. The result of the cleaning was way better than we had hoped or expected as well. Thank you!
