They do a great job on cleaning your carpet.

Your technician did an outstanding job. He 1st sprayed the pre-spot before doing the carpets. He vacuumed them after they were clean and they look like new even though they are 12 years old.

It was quick and the technician did a good job

This is the first time I have used ZeroRez. I was VERY pleased with how beautiful our white carpets looked after being cleaned. We also had the tile in our master bedroom cleaned, which is also white and it came out beautifully. I will be having them come out to do the tile in the rest of the house soon. Brian was our technician. He was very polite and helpful.

The men that came to the house were great. They were very nice and acted like gentleman. I enjoyed their company and their work. I hope that when I need the service again they return.

The service was great, the technician was very kind, respectful and courteous, he explained the process very well, his arrival time was spot on, the setup of equipment and cleaning was very quick and he made a great improvement than what was we had at first, although he wasn't able to remove all the spots and stains, that's understandable this is a very old carpet that should be replace, Zerorez has made it comfortable and inviting, I have no complaints about anything, I would definitely recommend Zerorez, and I will definitely use their service again
