Just bought a house, yay! Needed a couple of carpeted rooms cleaned, so I thought about the rental stuff since I’m a diy’er. But my wife said, no soapy residues! Then I thought about the steam cleaning competition. But my wife, again, said no, and started looking at the reviews of local Boise cleaning services. Man, am I glad she did!!! Zerorez floated right to the top. I went online and set the appointment for the next day, but decided to call them to see if they had any “same day” appointments open; they did! Confirmed for later that afternoon. Ben, the service guy, called to say he was running a little late at the earlier appointment, but he still was able to make it that late afternoon. When he arrived, it was later than we hoped but that was okay, he still kept the appointment (others would have declined and cancelled for another day)!! Ben was knowledgeable and knew his stuff. He explained everything we needed to know about the carpets. We knew the people who sold us the house had a dog, but we didn’t know about the hidden spots on the carpet. Ben shined his black light and wow!!! the spots glowed like a massive lime green puddle. After Ben’s treatments, the hidden stains were gone and the carpets were clean again! He really went above and beyond! I highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs. Thanks Ben!!!

I like that it is a chemical-free service. Knowing there is nothing harmful gives me peace of mind with having small children and pets.

The service was great! Best communication from a company I have received in a long time. They emailed me to confirm my date and once more with a reminder. They explained very clearly the procedure and how to pay for the service. The day of they called me 20-30 minutes before showing up for the job. The technician was super kind and all the pet stains came off. The carpets looked brand new. I was highly impressed.

I scheduled to have my kitchen and bathroom tile and grout cleaned. My service technician was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. He took time to explain the process and asked me to inspect the areas he had cleaned. He also spot cleaned 3 small areas on my carpet. I only use Zerorez for carpet, duct, and tile/grout cleaning. I definitely rrecommend Zerorez.
