After my Zerorez carpet cleaning there is absolutely no sticky residue unlike other cleaning methods. The Technicians are thorough and professional. I think this type of carpet solvent has kept my carpets looking new.

We received a complete estimate, subject to change on arrival - which didn't happen. Anthony was very personable, and provided some insights into the cleaning process - and he did a super job. 3 rooms in 45 minutes, and drying time proved to be just what he predicted - two and a half hours. Online scheduling was very easy.

The only concern I have is the telephone representatives not being educating or transparent enough to let me know that certain bedrooms that are bigger cost more money and that landings on stairs cost money as well, etc. etc. there are multiple different charges that accumulated to be about $100 extra on my bill.

They were able to take care of spots that kept coming back. The spots are gone for good!
