A carpet cleaner came out a week ago, and, unfortunately, did not do a good job. They promptly sent someone out to re-clean, and our carpets have never looked cleaner or brighter. So very pleased with the service. This was the one time (in 15+ years) that we did have an issue, and it was resolved beautifully.

Prices are fair. Khoury was very professional, courteous, and he seemed to care about my service . He explained the process and made sure that I understood. I was not required to pay service charge due to my scheduled appointment not being met. Also, I was notified in advance that the appointment would be late.

The cleaning was fine...however, it was the technician, Wesley, with his knowledge of the equipment, the process and the carpet which made me feel glad I was able to facilitate this well needed cleaning. I also appreciate the 30-day guarantee in place...because sometimes it takes that long to see some discrepancies.
