We had Jonathan/“Joe” as our carpet technician. He was friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our elderly cats and their vomit stains, the care of our carpet, its life and extending the life of our carpet. Micah, the rep on the phone was also very friendly and helpful.
We have used Zerorez several times and they will continue to be our “go to” carpet specialists!

On time, and very courteous

Sal and Ben did an excellent job! They were able to remove pet stains that were not removed the last Zerorez cleaning. They did double charge for stain removal but my carpet was perfectly cleaned and less wet than the time before. They also were excellent with customer interaction.

Love Zerorez. You guys have THE nicest technicians I have ever had clean my carpet. I hope that you can look up the name of my tech and give him a shout out-- he was fantastic, professional, kind, etc. I also love, and employ you guys for the no-chemical approach. My only complaint is cost. I was really taken aback in particular by the 60 dollars per area that I paid for pet treatment. The areas I had treated were very very small, with very minor spots, and I felt like it jacked my bill to a pretty exhorbitant level. That's the only complaint that would keep me from calling again.

Our technician, Ryker, was on time and finished the job very efficiently. He was fine with our dog greeting him enthusiastically. Our carpets look great. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and will do so in the future.

Very courteous and skilled employee (Eric). Three rooms, hallway, stairs and area rug were cleaned thoroughly in 2 hours. This included removing multiple old stains.

When I first started using Zeroez, it was considered environmentally friendly. I continue to use them for this reason. Their technicians are always friendly and I am satisfied with their services.

My job got worked in even though the schedule was really full due to the Thanksgiving holiday coming up. Victoria called 20 minutes before her arrival which was well within the time range I was given. She got right to work and was done no time. Carpet looks really good. Price was in line with what I expected.
