The technician, Kareem D, was very polite and knowledgeable and he explained everything he was going to do. He did a good job cleaning the carpeting and applying the fiber protector, and as promised, the carpeting was almost entirely dry 6 hours later. (A few small areas that didn't get the "breeze" from the overhead fan took another hour+.)

Our technician did a fantastic job. Our carpet never looked so good after being cleaned. Will definitely call Zerorez again in the future and refer our friends for a great job!

The gentleman who came to my house on Monday 12/9 was just about the kindest person ever. I sustained a bad foot injury the day prior and was non weight bearing and unable to move items off the floor prior to cleaning. He moved everything for me, and was so helpful and understanding

Thaddeus was the young man who came 12/9/24 to clean our carpets. I liked that he called me ahead of time to let me know his ETA to my house. He called again to let me know he was on my street. I looked out for him to show him where to park.
After his assessment of the living and dining rooms, he explained the cost which I agreed to.
Thaddeus was a very nice young man who was polite and friendly. We spoke about our families. He went to work and I got out of his way.
He told me when he was done with each room, as he finished. He explained how the paperwork was done on his phone.
I would recommend Thaddeus. He was efficient.
