Luis managed to remove stains i thought we were destined to live with. Our carpet is old and should be replaced. However, we are also “old-er” and dread the thought of having go through moving furniture, emptying breakables from buffets, etc., that would be required in order to install new carpet. Somehow, LUIS THE MAGICIAN, made our old carpet look…well, not new…that would be impossible…yet, when he was through, it certainly didn’t look as old as it is and so many of the those stains were gone. I am really satisfied with the cleaning by Romeo and will definitely call again when needed. The only disappointment was there was no lovely fragrance left that would permeate thru my home for several days after the cleaning. I can imagine that some customers did not care for this fragrance due to allergies and such but I surely do miss it. I hope there is a choice next time that I can have this fragrance added.😊
