When Kyle came to our house, upon our first interaction, he was so polite and confident. He explained everything before, during, and after the process, and recommended ways to keep it clean and take care of our floors better to prevent buildup. He worked really hard to make the floors come as clean as they could.
I expressed fear of any water getting to nearby brand new engineered hardwood floors and he treated them like they were his own, with such care. They don't use your water, and they don't use any chemicals. We did opt for the grout seal which had an odor but it dissipates quickly.
Kyle believes in the process and was very knowledgeable. We bantered with him throughout the day and he was pleasant and fun to talk to. He seemed to be a nice, hardworking person and I would use him again in a heartbeat. I will post to NextDoor as well so my neighbors can hear of this great service!

The set-up process protected my walls and stairs from damage. The temperature and pressure were lowered for my wool carpet, which was important to me.
I feel like the carpet is really clean and not full of harmful chemicals. There are no odors that I can detect so I feel like its pretty safe. The carpet looks great after it's cleaned and even the scheduling is very easy. They're always on time and I've used them for many years so I always just come back. Their technicians have been polite and get right to work after a short explanation of what they're doing. I really just trust the whole experience.

The service tech, Brandon, was on time and very professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and answered my questions. The previous owner of the house had a cat, and there was a smell that drove my dogs nuts. Since having the carpets cleaned, the smell is gone, and they feel better when we walk on them.
I would highly recommend Zerorez, specifically Brandon, to clean your carpets!
Terence explained thoroughly how he would proceed and the order in which rooms would be cleaned and why. He was very careful not to disturb any furniture.
