Jose did a phenomenal job cleaning my carpet on 02/12/2025. The carpet took about 10 hours to dry, but it was worth it. My entire apartment has been transformed by cleaning my carpets. Jose went the extra mile and ensured that every nook and corner was cleaned. Before he began cleaning, Jose told me some of the latent dirt might rise to the surface of the carpet after the cleaning. However, this has not been the case. The carpet remains as pristine now as when Jose first cleaned it. When one considers the great job Jose did, the price for the job seems more than reasonable. I am certain when the San Diego Housing Authority inspects my apartment on 02/19/2025, the terrific cleanliness of my carpet will have a profound effect on their findings. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer. Fortunately, my property manager informed me that there was no problem having your crew park in the loading zone in front of my apartment complex. Then came the follow-up emails. How was visit? Were there any issues? Did I have suggestions for improvements?
