The customer service was excellent! I had carpet from the 90s cleaned and I’m so happy with the way it came out. Obviously wear and tear on the carpet can’t be restored, but dirt and all stains were removed. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was thorough and very kind, also he got my service completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business and will be using/recommending them in the future!!

Awesome service again! I had an amazing experience with Daniel and the other technician. I have to say that not only was this my best carpet cleaning experience, it was the best service I've had on my house in a long, long time. Daniel was extremely thorough with the cleaning and explaination of services. I usually dread the couple days after a carpet cleaning due to the smell but it was gone within a few hours.
You guys are great! Keep Daniel around for a long time.. as a small business owner, these are the types of employees you don't want to lose.

I was able to book the day I wanted immediately and the tech showed up at my house exactly on time. He was courteous and friendly and did a great job making my carpet look so much better. Also, he did not try to sell me a bunch of extra services. I actually asked him to add stain protector spray to my service, which he did. That was not expensive at all and added only a short amount of time to the service. Highly recommend Zerorez!!

Excellent! I was able to schedule within a couple of days, communication was great letting me know they were on the way. Explanation of products offered, what the plan of action was and got right to work. Shoe covers worn, wall corner bumpers for protection. Straight forward. Very careful & polite. No awful smell and the rugs looked great when they were dry. I would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.
Love that your products are non-toxic. Especially when you are sitting on your sofa or standing on the carpet you have cleaned. I can allow my grandchildren to crawl on the floor and have peace of mind. Thank you for your products!

Branden made my 9 year old carpet look great, again. I hesitated trying one more time to have it cleaned and am so happy I did. Brandon gave so much time and effort working to clean the carpet and he did such a good job.
There are a couple of things I love about using Zerorez...first, the efficiency. I am always kept informed and never have to "wonder" about my appointment. Secondly, the people you hire to represent your company. They keep me informed about arrival time, etc. and are polite, work hard and care about doing a good job.
Needless to say, I highly recommend Zerorez and who knows, maybe next year I will make an appointment to have my 10-year old carpet cleaned again! :)
