The carpet cleaning technician, Scott is very knowledgeable about his work and very pleasant to talk to. He provided a fantastic service and excellent product for our carpet cleaning. All the stains are gone and the carpet in the rooms look as good as new. As a courtesy, Scott also called far in advance before his arrival and it was within the scheduled window timeframe.

The carpet cleaning is the best. Our carpets look like new again. The communication and follow up is so efficient and professional. We especially like the work of Daniel.

There was an issue with the quote I was given. When I contacted Zerorez, I was texting with an employee who asked me for the number of rooms, square footage, etc. They asked me if we had an issue with pet stains. I told them that there were some pet stains in the bonus room. They never mentioned to me that there would be an extra fee for pet stains. After I provided all the info, including the pet stains in the bonus room, I was quoted a price of $338. When Demetrius arrived, he informed me that it would be an extra $70 for the pet stains.
I was not very happy with that. I felt trapped like I had no other option but to pay it since the tech was already at the house. I should have been notified beforehand of the extra $70 pet fee. In my opinion, that is a terrible way to run a company! I would obviously like a $70 refund but I'm sure that won't happen. But I did want to let you know that I was not pleased with that part of the process.
Demetrius was great, but the person I was texting with was not!
I was totally satisfied with Demetrius. He was very polite, professional and did a great job.
But the quoting process is a different story.
