Your technician was on time, he explained the process very thoroughly and was extremely courteous and respectful. The carpet dried in the time he quoted and my carpeting looks very good.
Leah was very polite, courteous and mindful of not causing any damage to the property. The technology used by Zerorez did not leave the carpets soaking and with heating left on very low, the carpets were 80% dry in 12 hours. I would use them again.

I only use Zerorez for carpet cleaning, because you are Simply the Best. Reggie came on Monday for clean a bedroom carpet that our grand dog had soiled. You had been to our house only a couple of months before to clean/protect 2 rooms and stairs.
Reggie was courteous, professional and well informed about the best process to assure the needed area was completely cleaned. He treated the room and then cleaned it beautifully. It is a bedroom our granddaughter will be using when she sleeps here, so having it cleaned thoroughly was very important.

The technician called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, and was very punctual. . He did an excellent job explaining what he would be doing. My twenty year old carpets looked like new afterwards.
Have used a few other carpet cleaning places in the past.. only Zerorez gets the carpet/floors looking like new. Additionally the service techs always show up in the time frame scheduled
