He worked very hard on my area rugs that had been in storage for a year. They were filthy! After he cleaned them the colors popped again. Plus he cleaned a very hairy cat tree. He got almost an entire cat's worth of hair off of it!
Everything looked and smelled fresh and clean, with no chemical odors/residue smell.

I enjoyed having Cody do the work. He is a very personable guy. He made sure I knew what he was going to do & then cleaned up after he finished the job. There were several chocolate spots that disappeared. I was very satisfied.

I had both duct cleaning and carpet cleaning done. I am very happy with both the technicians and the service provided. When I informed the carpet technician that I was allergic to oranges (he told me there was an orange scent in the water) he immediately changed the solution to something else. Thank you! On both days, all of the technicians were professional, polite and nice! I had always heard good things about Zerorez and am happy to both use your services again and recommend you to others!

The service man called & arrived on time. He did a superb job & the carpet looks like new.
I like that there are no harsh chemicals in the cleaning solution used. I also like that the process to extract the water works well and the carpets were dry in 6-8 hours. The technician was professional. He explained everything well and answered my questions. The carpets and ceramic tile that was cleaned look very good and there is a pleasant scent that remains after the cleaning process.
