Having used this company once before I scheduled an appointment to get my furniture (sofa and bucket chair) done this time.
The technician arrived on time and explained what he’d be doing. He pretreated it and took his time and cleaned it thoroughly! I was amazed at the outcome. It was cleaned beyond my expectations!
The technician when finished told me what I should do, run a ceiling fan for faster drying, don’t put cushions down until dry, about an hour. Asked if I had any further questions.
As for the technician he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly with a ready smile.
You have a professional employee that represents your business well. My only suggestion would be that he train all newly hired employees he is that good!

I like it and that there’s no soaps or residue in the cleaning and that they pre-spray they go over the areas with you before they start and you’re aware of how much it will be before they begin. The technicians are very friendly. They’re nice and do a great job
