Heard about Zerorez on the radio and also from my contractor who did some roofing and interior work on my house. I sent in an inquiry online and within the hour i had a rep calling me to get all the details. We needed our air ducts cleaned and they got us scheduled within the week. The two men that executed the work were diligent, polite and got everything wrapped up within an hour.

It was easy to schedule. I appreciated that our tech, Mike, listened well to what I wanted cleaned (which wasn't the whole house) and was transparent with what the pricing would be.

I had my dryer duct cleaned. Sage and Dan called me to ask if they could arrive early. I was thrilled. When they got here, they were very professional and explained everything to me. The job was done and I stood outside to watch all the “gunk” in my dryer tube fly out. I would definitely recommend you again.
Nothing to do with Sage and Dan, but I was not aware of the $25 service fee. I feel the company could have done a better job disclosing that upfront.
