Anthony called within the timeframe given at setup with an ETA. Showed up at that time. Did a nice, thorough job. Carpets look like new.

We had a large spot that reappeared shortly after our last cleaning. Did not know for sure what caused it and was not completely removed by previous cleaning. This was discussed with your service tech and he had a tool that should take care of it and so far it is totally gone from our light beige color carpet. There was an additional charge and took some addition time to do it, worth both.

Our pet stains didn't end up coming out so we are calling the carpet company to remove that section of carpet (the product was supposed to be pet-friendly, etc. so they will replace it if stains dont come out). The cost of the service just got so expensive. You add on a room and stairs and pet cleaner and suddenly the cost is triple. Misleading prices/promotions. But the tech who came was really friendly, really easy to work with. Also very efficient.

I had the carpet on the stairs cleaned by Zerorez. I feel that he did the best he could considering the situation the carpet was already in. I don't think the people before me ever had them professionally cleaned. Overall, I am satisfied. Thank you!
