The technician was great and was very helpful. I was nervous as there was deep set in pet odors that another company’s steam cleaning couldn’t get out. After the application, the citrus smell was great. And after a few days I was shocked by the results. I’m very thankful as we were considering replacing the carpets. Instead, the house sold and I was able to save that money.

Tech Chris was very informative and did a wonderful job on my tile and grout as welll as carpet. Kudos to Chris!
