The cleaning process seems to always work wonders on my carpets but this time the service was bad. I scheduled my time between 12p-3p the agent called me at 10a and asked if he could come early, I inquired how early and he stated he was 15 min away. When I told him coming early was not possible he was actually "put off"...you could tell by the tone of his voice. He stated he could help move furniture when I explained furniture was not the issue he still pressured me into coming early. I told him I would just cancel and reschedule with a Zerorez when their is an agent who could accommodate my time. Oh now his attitude changes....lol. Just to get him in and out of my house I accommodated him and told him he could arrive at 11:30a. I don't even remember his name because of his crappy customer service. No smile, no hi how are ya. I showed him the rooms and asked him to start at one end of the house but NOOOOO; he insisted on starting in my dtr's room.at the other end of the house...she was still picking up and vaccuming....he went in and started spraying while she was trying to vaccum. BTW, he didn't have to raise a finger to move any furniture!!! I love Zerorez but the guy who came to my house definitely does not like his job. When he was done and payment made he stated upon leaving, "There is a short survey; don't forget to give me a good review". I about spit my coffee out.

I like the fact that you all will come back out within 30 days for a redo. We had pet odors that didn't come out the first time. With a second pass and additional surface treatment, our carpets are great!

In home cleaning nicely done. Still waiting for the rugs to be cleaned and returned to us so I can't comment on that at this time.

your process works to both clean tile and the grout so both look as close to brand new as possible.

The whole process was simple,
The employee called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and approx.what time he would arrive.
I showed him which rooms were to be cleaned and he let me know approx. How long it would take,
He answered any questions I had, he is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and a Good worker,
I am very Happy with how clean my carpet is.

The quality of the cleaning water used on the carpets, plus the short drying time.

Wet clean and nontoxic chemical used. Great job and work completed quickly.

Technician was knowledgeable, patient, and explained the service and how our AC works. We don't appreciate the upcharge after the fact. The expenses for extra costs should have been mentioned up front.

The tech was awesome very thorough and attentive . Made suggestions and was super professional. I can't wait to get our rug back to see the final results
