Great job but more expensive than I was led to believe from what the receptionist indicated. My fault for not getting the estimate prior to the work. But, they did a great job and you get what you pay for.

Quick and easy! The technician was great! I made the request on a Tuesday and they were out cleaning my carpets on Wednesday!

Zerorez was great to work with. I contacted them through the website on a Tuesday went through the online process which didn’t take very long at all. They scheduled my cleaning for the next morning. I have a small Condo and it only took the technician about an hour to finish the job. I don’t remember the technician’s name but he was friendly and worked quickly. The carpeting is now in much better shape after the cleaning.

Zerorez did a great job cleaning my 10+ year old carpets. They look almost new and smell fresh. Chris was here when he said he would be and was very thorough and professional. I have been using Zerorez for several years now and am very happy with their service and results.
