ZeroRez did a great job cleaning my rug that was sent out to their facility. They were on time and respectful of the newly redone wood floors. The 10x14 wool rug, although always taken care of and no pets or stains, has never been professionally cleaned and it looks great.

The gentleman that was out did a fantastic job for us. He was able to get three stains completely removed that other companies were not able to. I appreciate that greatly. I did have issues scheduling however that was not great, I filled out a online webform and didn't hear anything back for three days. I finally called the office and scheduled with them. I will recommend your services to others. Great work.
