This was the first time choosing Zerorez to clean my carpets. The company has an informative website which includes any specials they may offer. Having worked with several other companies in the past, I felt their prices to be fair & economical.
The technician Steven called me ahead of time to alert me he was on my way. Steven was very personable and professional. The process was very quick and thorough.

The Service Tech was amazing. He was super nice and did an amazing job. He actually cared about the service he was providing besides rushing and trying to finish the job. I was pleased with the carpet cleaning service. Easy to schedule online. Confirmation of the time and location in advance. Service technician called in advance to acknowledge time of arrival. Arrived on time. He introduced himself. Viewed the service needed. Completed service in a timely manner. NO pressure for any additional products or services if I was not interested. Very polite and nice young man. I will use this company again. Would recommend.

Your associate showed up on time, was very courteous, and was flexible in adding a few extra cleanings we requested. He even removed a previous spot on the carpet that had not been this cleaned this well...disappeared! Always great service!

Friendly service providers and I love the before and after photos!

The service person did a very good job cleaning our carpet. He was pleasant and professional and easy to talk to. We will definitely be having Zerorez come back and clean more of our house.

I’ve been using zerorez for many years. I’ve only had two cleanings that were not done well. Our most recent one left streaks of discoloration in my carpet.
They’re coming out to reservice next week. I’m sure it’ll be resolved.
So when I tell friends and family about zerorez, I tell them how great they are and also have sometimes not so great
