Very courteous and professional technicians arrived at my house and worked proficiently. The cleaning of the carpet left no residue and got rid of the stains. The tile cleaning did clean my tile floor, but it had a few spots where a residue was left that could have been a dirt catcher if left. I simply wiped the areas with a damp cloth and that took care of it.
Overall, it all looks great, and I am pleased with the service.

I love Zero Rez because they can always get out the worst stains and did all but one this time, but it was a really old one so I’m not truly surprised that it wouldn’t come out… Although they have managed to get really old ones out in the past, this one was just too stubborn! But for the ones they did get out And there were many… They did a terrific job! Zero Rez is my go-to cleaning company For carpet, rugs, and furniture, which they did all three for me this time. Thank you!!
