I liked my technician jay. He was very personable and professional and got everything done quickly. He used shoe protectors, corner protectors, discussed what he would be doing before he did it, and asked repeatedly if I had any questions. The carpets smelled great and got most of the stains out ( some were just permanent but he got them fade quite a bit). The only downside was the biological spray he used in one room, the smell from that lingered for several days. Otherwise very satisfied!
