Everyone was nice, great availability and an easy process from start to finish.

My areas of concern looked much better after the cleaning, although I had a spot of dirt added to my white carpet from the dirty hose. Also had to mop my floors after the service because there were wet marks all over my wood floor.

I actually loved my last cleaner, Kallen. He was very helpful and thorough. I would love to have him every time. I was actually going to give up on Zeroex after my last cleaning appointment but after I saw how well Kallen done, I am now here to stay as long as my cleaner is Kallen. He makes me give this company a 5*

Scheduling was fast and easy. Communication on the day of service was great. Chris called me about 30 minutes before arrival. Chris was very friendly and professional and did a nice job on my carpets. I also had a large are a rug that they took. It was returned in the timeframe that they quoted, Chris called me 30 minutes before arrival, and the rug looks great. It was quite challenging to load the are rug in the van with all of the equipment. I would recommend that they send out a vehicle without all of the equipment to make it easier on the technician and reduce the possibility of damaging the rug. Overall, it was a great experience with Zerorez and I would use them again.

Good Service

Glad to see upholstery finally placed on sale. I loved finally get my sectional cleaned. Since moving to wood floors haven't had a Zerorez need for carpet cleaning.

The associate who performed the cleaning was on time, very friendly, professional, responsible, and respectful. He took time to hear my concerns and do a walk-through to see what needed to be done. He very clearly and thoroughly explained what he would be doing. Also went over the estimated cost to get an OK before starting.
