Our technician was personable and thorough. She took great care with our sofa and chairs and our tile and grout. The before and after in both rooms was incredibly satisfying. 10/10 will call on Zerorez again!
Mike was so kind; and efficient. He talked to me about certain spots of concern and provided solutions and feed back. He was tidy; and cleaned up. The carpet was not dripping wet; as other providers have left before. He even cleaned inside a small house we have set up for our grand children. He neatly took the toys out; so he could clean the carpet inside.
Technicians keep me abreast of their schedule and attempt to arrive on time.
We used Zerorez for the first time and the service provider was very good. He was polite and got right to work. He asked me to inspect the chairs after he cleaned them and then applied the scotch guard. Then also cleaned a rug for us also. Everything was fine to our satisfaction
I was surprised when I was signing for the payment that it asked for a tip. I have never heard of tipping someone in this situation.
He did a very good job but I feel the charge was sufficient and no tip should be requested.
