I've always loved the detail Zerorez takes to protect the area when they arrive and give a full explanation of the treatment. My carpet is 25 years old and has survived years of children and pet stains in a heavily trafficked area. Rudy did such a good job and it looks beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy with the results.

Timely arrival, courteous service by an experienced tech. Tech was cooperative, observant, and took the time necessary to conduct an outstanding cleaning while protecting my woodwork/base cabinets & vanities. Next time I request service (in approx. 6-7 months) I will request Casey as the service tech.
