The gentlemen who came to clean out our dryer vent were well informed and very patient. He explained everything to me, and even took before and after pictures. They would not leave until they made sure the dryer was working properly. The main worker who came in to talk to me and seemed to be in charge was absolutely great. He even told me at the end that if there was any problem to call Zerorez and they would come back out and see what the problem was. Our dryer is drying again, and I couldn't be more pleased!
Brian did a fantastic job on our dryer vent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely ask for him when it’s time to have our carpet cleaned.

We’re cleaning out a house to move into with the carpets being absolutely horrible downstairs from previous tenants… I called Thursday, They had someone out the next day. Very quick. The worker(Jamal too tall?) that came out was amazing, knowledgeable & got the job done better than I expected this carpet to come clean. He said it was the worst he’s seen and still managed to do his best on it. I definitely will be calling them when we get the upstairs ready to be cleaned and will be using them from here on out. 100% recommend.
