The gentleman who came to service our carpets was very professional and did a nice job. The carpets took a while to dry but the cold temperatures did not help. Overall everything turned out pretty good. There are still a lot of spots on my family room carpet but still a big improvement. Thank you Bryce and will definitely use your service again.

I try to be as toxin/chemical free as I can, so this works for me. I used Zerorez previously in Cincinnati and was very pleased with the amount of time it takes to clean the carpet as well as dry.

The carpet is cleaned without using harsh chemicals, which is good for my allergies.

Carpet not crunchy or sticky afterwards

Zerorez has been my carpet cleaner for years now. They are dependable to show up on time, respectful of my home and furniture. He explained everything he was doing and options for extra services. He estimated the time to clean almost to the minute, so he knew his stuff! He asked me to come inspect the areas before he went on to another. I have 2 older dogs that have had accidents now and then. He made sure all those areas were cleaned expertly! He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with his work before he went on. I would truly rate this cleaning 5 stars!
