JD was my service guy, and he was very professional. He texted me when he would be at my house and was right on time. He listened to what I wanted to have cleaned and explained what he would do. He took his time and did a fantastic job. My carpet looks brand new, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. My carpet was pretty bad, and I figured it wouldn't get cleaned. After the cleaning, I would have to replace it soon, but not now, it's in perfect condition and looks fantastic. I will highly recommend JD and Zerores. The price and service were reasonable, and I couldn't be happier.

The technician's service was wonderful. Sam protected my home by wearing booties. He listened attentively to my concerns and requests, and he outlined his plan to analyze what type of cleaning was needed. He explained what he was doing each step of the way, engaging my questions as he went along. After the analysis, he explained what was needed and why, and (just as importantly) what WASN'T needed that I'd initially requested. He built my trust and credibility early in our encounter, and he showed me the total invoice and cost before starting work, to make sure I understood what the total would be and to account for any adjustments before getting started.
All that, and in the end, the carpets - of course - looked and smelled fantastic. I'll definitely call on Zerorez again in the future for carpet cleaning needs. It was definitely a great experience.

My carpet looks fantastic after the Zerorez technicians get to work. Affordable with great results. Benjamin and Thomas were super careful and thorough.

Dillon, the service technician, was excellent. He worked hard, and the result was beyond our expectations. The carpet on the stairs was pretty dirty, but Dillon made great efforts to get it cleaned. I would highly recommend the Zerorez for housing cleaning service.
