It was very easy right from the start. Checking and navigating your website to setting up my appointment. I even had to re-schedule a couple of times and it was stress free. The Tech that came out and did the cleaning was very professional and courteous and communicated well. Was also there on time. The carpet looks amazing. There is no tacky residue left on carpet. It looks, feels and smells clean. The Tech told me about all of the other services that you do but was not pushy in trying to sell me something.
