I was initially attracted by a special that the company was running which was a GREAT deal. ZeroRez has earned my repeat business thanks to the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable technician (Grayson) who restored my 19 year old carpets to their glory days. Now I understand why Jeremy from Mix100 raves about this company - now I do too!

After I made the appointment, there was confirmation of the time via email, a message that said the technician would call before he came, he did call before he came, my technician did an excellent job… my house smells nice and clean and my carpets look great… I use the coupon that came in my value pack
