Our technician was wonderful, pleasant, and very through. We did have one bedroom that had a stronger pet odor, and we had hoped that we could eliminate it with the standard carpet cleaning. However, it unfortunately still smells and we may need to revisit it with the pet solution.

I had a issue in the guest bedroom with a perfume odor coming from the carpet. Jose, your tech, gave it an extra treatment and so far the odor appears to be gone. Jose is the best!
