Before beginning she did a walk through with me where I could show where the "stains" were, and she even noticed stains that I did not realize was in the carpet. Went over the prizing and other products/services that are available from ZeroRez.
Katlane (most likely butchering the spelling of her name) was very personable and professional.
From there she began with carpet cleaning.
Majority of the high traffic stains were eliminated.

The tech was very thorough and recommended what needed to be done. Even was on his hands and knees smelling the carpet to see what areas needed extra treatment.

I recently had my area rugs and living room couch professionally cleaned, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The team arrived right on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain the process before getting started. They handled everything with care and attention to detail, ensuring my furniture and rugs were treated with the right products for their materials.

What really impressed me was how fresh and vibrant everything looked afterward. My once-dull rug now looks almost brand new, and the couch, which had some noticeable stains from everyday use and a pet, is spotless and smells amazing. The technicians worked efficiently but didn’t rush, and it’s clear they take pride in their work.

I had a very positive experience using Zerorez to clean my air ducts. The technician, Cole, walked me through the entire process when he got there so I knew what to expect. Cole showed me before and after pictures of all the air ducts and wow what a difference. One thing I’d like to highlight is how courteous the technician was the whole time. I have three kids a dog and a hectic job and Cole was extremely courteous of my timelines and the things that I had to do. It’s service that you seldomly see anymore and I was very happy to be treated that way. The last thing I would like to talk about is the price point. I contacted three companies to get quotes and not only was Zerorez the best price point, it was the best price point with all of their service options. If you’re looking to get your floors cleaned or your air ducts service, this is the only call you need to make. Thank you again for the excellent service and the wonderful experience!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Matthew explained the cleaning process thoroughly and made sure all our questions were addressed. Carpet cleaning was excellent and results were wonderful. Unfortunately, targeted cleaning process on cat soiled areas did not lessen strong odors in carpet.
