ZeroRez has done very good work for us for years and we would recommend them. Our service tech Alex did a great job on an old darkened section of our wool area rug and applied a product to help protect it. We had a one little black spot discovered after he left and Dawn quickly scheduled a return visit which took care of the issue. Be aware that depending on the type of carpeting it may take more than two days to fully dry but it can be walked on while still damp.

LeVar was also quite knowledgeable about what to use and how to clean stubborn stains that I didn’t think could be removed from my Day Spa’s high traffic areas. I love the minimal drying time.
