Our GMC Yukon's carpet had never been fully cleaned since we purchased in in 2015. I have used Zerorez many many times and really disappointed once and that person no longer works there. I decided to give them another shot and boy!!, am I glad I did. They were outstanding and my carpet looks, smells and feel newer, it was in a horrible state but, was vastly improved by the tech that came out.

We had our home duck work cleaned by ZEROREZ and the guys done a great job. They were very knowledgeable about the procedures and the products and very professional in servicing our home.

Service technician was great! The rug I needed cleaned was HUGE and they only sent 1 person but he managed to get it rolled up and moved with no issues.
