The whole experience was good. Jacob did a great job. He was on-time, and called when he was in route. Jacob also explained the process and gave good advise regarding area rugs I had cleaned along with the carpets. I definitely had the impression he was looking out for the customer and concerned about overall quality of the job. The carpets turned out great.

The whole process went well. Beginning with make my the appointment to being notified your man was on the way 20 minutes in advance to the excellent service he provided. He was very friendly and took the time to thoroughly clean our carpets.
