When we called Zerorez to clean our carpets, the gentleman who answered was friendly and very informative. We were given an appointment within days. Blake at Zerorez did a great job for us. He was thourough and efficient. The special pretreats took out all the stains our two dogs and main traffic areas had made. And the coupon in the mail helped with the cost. After all the busy summer/fall home projects indoors and out, it’s nice to start the holiday/winter season with clean carpeting. Everything from intial booking to the final result. Customer service was outstanding with follow up calls, reminders and a call when they were 20 min out. Also didn't have the 2-4 window to wait for service. My carpet looks so much better.
