The carpets were checked to see what they were made of so the right product could be used to clean them. My carpets are dyes in the wool so it took a different solution. I was pleased with the two men who came. Polite, informative, friendly, knowledgeable.

Rob was amazing! After sharing some areas of concern in each of the three rooms he got to work immediately. When finished, he offered some helpful suggestions to minimize high traffic areas. At his suggestion, we agreed to utilize Scotch Guard in our bedroom area.

We were so impressed with his professionalism and work ethic we will request him again.

Zerorez did an outstanding job on 2 of our sofas, 2 large rugs and the carpet in our master bedroom. We have 2 large dogs who allow us to live with them. Knowing that you can imagine how filthy our house can become. Zerorez made our home spotless. Kudos for the service, kind and friendly serviceman. We use your services twice a year and will continue to do so.

I had an opportunity to have my carpet cleaned that was so dirty and I didn't think it would come cleaned.
The technician was knowledgeable, explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. Also he showed me how much dirty was in carpet. I think they did a superb job .

Great service and staff

I have old tile. The tech did the best he could to get it clean. He returned to my home to try again...but it was old grout.

Zerorez always does a great job! We just had our area rug cleaned. Ryker was the technician who came to the house. He was very friendly, very professional, explained everything he was going to do, and was very respectful of our home. We had some slightly darker spots on the rug in the high traffic areas. Ryker did a great job of getting those areas clean and he made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. I highly recommend Zerorez and be sure to ask for Ryker!
