This is the second time that I have had Zerorez clean our family room carpet. The associate that came to clean our carpet - called with a designated time that he would be at the house. Very professional and friendly.
Our first carpet cleaning did so well that even with the heavy traffic ( the room is where everyone spends a majority of the time ) the carpet stayed cleaner much longer than normal.
I appreciate the products that are used that are safe for children and pets. No harsh chemicals.
