The customer service is great. The techs who come out and do the work are always courteous and do a good job. They are timely in getting here and sometimes call ahead to request to come early which I like. I like there's no chemicals being poured on my carpets. The natural products that are used to provide a fresh scent are also very nice. I like how the company treats their employees, the last technician who was here was happy with his job and felt he was treated well at Zerorez. This means a lot to me, for I think our companies should take care of their employees and I'm happy to use this service knowing they do.

As usual Zrores did a fantastic job cleaning several pet accident spots and high traffic areas on our light beige carpet. The carpet is 7 yrs old and was contemplating replacing it.
