I have been renting a reverse osmosis water treatment system since I moved to Las Vegas in 1988. I love the great tasting water and ice that I received from my unit. I also appreciate the expertise of the workers who come to service my unit every year.

Responsiveness, delivery time good
The service is efficient and reliable for what we need. It is nice not to have to buy large bags of salt to put in a softener. The tanks are just exchanged each month. I just wish the price didn’t keep going up all of the time. That is my only issue with you guys.

Renee Howard met me at my place to go over details about a rental water softening system for the house I’m renting. I asked her about some more expensive models and she thoroughly educated me without trying to upsell me. She was extremely friendly and outgoing creating a comfortable interaction. The product itself is awesome as well. The improvement is clear and I will recommend Culligan in the future assuming my experience remains as pleasant as it’s been thus far. 10/10

I have a reverse osmosis system and Culligan replaces the filters annually. They notify me when its time They will also bring salt for a system that was in the house when i bought it.
