I did the telephone survey but I wanted the opportunity to tell you that I so appreciate the service I get from Alvin. He has been coming now for some time to bring us salt and check our unit and he always is so pleasant, he uses good judgment on making sure we have the right salt supply until our next visit and he checks the dashboard. I also am older and so he knows that it will take me time to answer the door and or come downstairs to open the garage for him. He calls generally to say he is very close. One of the reasons we continue to use Culligan is that he provides us with excellent service. He is an asset to your organization.
We've had called again for several years now, and when we've had a problem they responded and we find that the service we get for bringing us to solved is very good. And I've never had a problem and I've called them. So we have really enjoyed a good relationship with culligan.
