1. Having filtered water feels safer cleaner than tap water. 2a. Our unit is in the basement, and the water goes direct from a separate faucet at the kitchen sink plus a line for refrigerator water. 2b. A bonus is having filtered water at room temp or cold. 3. You don't overcharge. 4. I receive a bill notice via email which is a nice reminder and paper free. 5a. Your service to check the unit and change filters or whatever on a yearly basis is free. 5b. I receive a post card reminder to schedule the cleaning. 6. Any time I've spoken with someone at the office they are super nice and friendly. 7. The service person a couple of weeks ago (and all these years) was so nice--polite, ontime (actually a bit early), friendly, swift. Thank You, Culligan!
