Everyone very nice and professional. Always do a great job. Only complaint is we were told our new filter would have an empty spot for a new filter should any other chemicals come out into the public eye. This is not the case. But I would still have purcahsed the unit and will talk with my rep hopefully when they follow up with us.

Service is great- both from the office personnel and from our delivery person
The men who deliver will take the salt to the basement for us and check if salt is needed in softener. We are unable to do so as we both are in our 80's and Mr. Brown just had knee surgery. Also they are very polite, which is a big deal to us..
