I have been a Culligan customer for 21 years. I have salt delivered every month and I've never had any problems my delivery person Shaun is very kind, courteous and respectful. I appreciate the fact he calls me everytime I'm supposed to get a delivery to make sure i need salt before my delivery date and I really appreciate that. I hope he remains my service man for the duration of the time I use Culligan products.

Professional support when needed
We love the 3 systems we have to improve the water from our well! The only negative thing I have to say is re some confusion re payment. Culligan took our credit card prior to the service call as a standard practice but the tech also asked for a check at the conclusion of the service call. Our credit card was charged (which is fine) - we just don’t want the check to be cashed too.

Service has ALWAYS been excellent and more than expected. We had our RO filter changed today and we mentioned to the service man that we were having trouble with our refrigerator ice maker that is connected to our RO unit. He pulled out our refrigerator and checked all the connections to make sure that was not the problem. I would never use anyone else for our water softener and Reverse Osmosis system. We have been with Culligan for 40 years. They always go the extra extra mile!!
