Culligan's service and customer care far exceeds the experiences I've had in the past with water services. I forgot to skip my service and when the driver arrived, the customer service rep called me to make sure that I didn't need to put out any empty bottles. I explained everything and the driver politely waited until the rep contacted him to let him know that he could leave and that the service was being skipped. I was very impressed by that level of care and professionalism.
