Reverse osmosis to filter our water.
1. Culligan representatives respond to my phone calls. The robot is easy to understand and does not try to be another human being, but instead switches me to a real person.
2. All of the Culligan employees I have met, starting with the salesperson, Scott Fisher, were polite, courteous and knew what they were doing.
3. Culligan's people came on time when they said they would. The men installed and tested the water softener components and RO under-the-sink unit which works perfectly. There was one small glitch where it seemed to run continuously which, after I called Culligan, was fixed.
4. Scott Fisher came one week after the units were installed as he said he would.
