The entire process was straight forward and easy. No pressure sales tactics or hiding anything. Joel Hill made sure to take the time and answer all of our questions. And even answer our kids questions, which with a 5 year old. That is a daunting task in it self.
The installation process was simple and easy. We had one hiccup bought Culligan came out the next day and replaced the problem and corrected it to prevent any further issues. Every is working like we wanted! Set it and forget it. I wish I had done this year's ago. And everything looks so clean now with this install. Thanks to the Culligan team!
