Great installation technicians. They were knowledgeable and very instructive.
My softener unit itself is an "on-demand" unit, which means it senses when it needs to cycle to keep my water soft at all times.
I live alone now so my need to have my unit cycle frequently has lessened. I can no longer do my laundry, so my daughter does it at her home. I use paper plates frequently, so the need to wash dishes has become less often. I do not have an automatic dishwasher.
I am very satisfied with the delivery of the quality of salt used in my unit. The delivery men are very friendly and Rock Valley Culligan is very accommodating to my delivery needs.

You were honest in our very first appointment and have been all these years later. Also you try to get someone here as quickly as possible.
The young man who came to my home was polite, professional, efficient, tidy, and precise in his work. I'm very thankful for his service. However, since the repair, the purified water faucet in my kitchen has been making a whistling sound, sometimes waking me up at night.
More importantly, I have a message for your management: this home has been a loyal customer since 2003, and I expected a greater discount for my loyalty. Nearly $600 was quite expensive for me. With that amount, I could have purchased bottled water instead.

You send notices when we need to have the salt added to our water softener.
You also try to give a time wise window you will arrive.
You also are flexible if,the regular date does not work with our schedule.
Excellent system, BUT the recent increased price of a service call is absolutely outrageous. $189.00 for a 15 minute visit to change the filters and test the water. With 3 filters changed my recent service call was $599.00 an increase of $149 over last year. Culligan's general manager in Chicago who apparently authorized this incredible increase in cost needs to take a step back into the realm of reality and reverse this increase as it is certainly not the way to retain customers. And whoever hired this idiot needs to reverse their decision as well. You have taken a great product and a great service team and thrown it all under the bus. Definitely a totally less than clever move.
The tech always has good ideas to address problems (like sulphur smell, grit in the water, etc).
