Rate um, beginning of the whole process with the person that answers the phone, that was janet pen callo. She had a great job and very, very upbeat and positive personality. And so we went to our part of the reason that was, that was her. And then also you sent out a person who was she was very knowledgeable about water, a water conditioning. But to really the personality of janet, again, cal was a very positive step in choosing come again.
I can always depend that you company will still be there. You are expensive but quality costs money.
The salt delivery people are always friend and fast and never complain even when trudging down and up the basement steps with all that weight on their shoulders.
