I like the filtration system
I am mostly happy with products and services but I think maybe your techs should be provided with covers for their shoes when they enter a home. After the tech left I found dark scuff marks on my vinyl plank flooring. They did not come off when the floor was cleaned. I'm sure in time they will but seeing that didn't make me the happiest person on the planet. He did do a good job of servicing my Culligan equipment

Steve Poe was our sales representative and, again friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained very clearly the system that would handle our wishes.
The installation team, Jessie and Francisco were consistent with my impression of the Culligan team and were very polite, friendly, and professional. They explained the details of the system operation and double checked everything thoroughly before they left.
As a professor of leadership, strategy, and marketing courses in two universities, I finally found a personal example of of a company that has it all!
