I truly loved Greg, the sales person and my installer was very proficient and kind. The system works great and I love having unlimited filtered water.
I would like to say that I'm disappointed in the lack of follow up. I never received a copy of my contract that was supposed to be emailed to me. I also had to call to schedule my service several days after I met with Greg, filled out the paperwork and provided payment.
Great people working there. Always helpful. Love the guys who come to change the filters yearly. Very happy with it all. Have been for decades.

Driver is friendly and willing to make changes to drop off area as needed. Wish we would get notification from office if delivery day changed, often we make sure someone is in the office for them and its frustrating when it changes w/out notice.

reliable equipment expertly designed for longevity and simple maintenance. any problems are few and far between which is good because service calls can take awhile. support staff readily answer most of yours questions. i really do love there water softeners.

The service tech was very informative, friendly and helpful.
The design and abilities as designed. Josh and helper were great. Unfortunately there is a glitch in the electronics of the machine which is not fixable despite their efforts.
